No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior approval. All returned merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, based upon purchase price (freight excluded) at our discretion. Any retumed item (s) must have a return authorization number issued from our company before they will be accepted. Shipping charges. both inbound and outbound. are non-refundable, no exceptions.
